Grievances Redressal Cell

The college has a grievance cell, which accepts complaints from students and staff. The complaints are accepted only when given in writing. The names of the welfare officer is displayed in the college calendar.

FUNCTIONS

Utmost attention is given to the grievances of the students. The grievances regarding the internal assessment is handled in following manner.

  • All grievances related to internal tests including re- tests, assignments and attendance should be brought to the notice of concerned Dean/ Controller of  Examination/ Principal.

  • Re-totalling / Photo Copying and Revaluation of the University exam marks shall be brought to the notice of Principal.

  • The student should have minimum of 12 marks in a given subject to apply for the above procedures.

  • Loss of Marks Cards shall be brought to the notice of the college office and reapplied as prescribed by the University.

  • Kindly see the notice board and update yourselves and keep a track of the last dates to avoid fine and disqualification from the University.
